Tom is a transformational technology executive with over 30 years of experience leading digital transformation across multiple sectors. He has held senior leadership roles at Unilever, Unga Holdings Limited, Mount Meru Group, Kenya Airways, MultiChoice, SonySugar, and Chevron (Caltex). Tom is known for aligning technology strategy with business growth, building high-performing teams, and delivering resilient, future-ready digital ecosystems. He holds a BSc in Mathematics & Computer Science from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology and an MBA (Finance) from United States International University Africa. He is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and holds professional certifications in ISO 27001, ITIL, and CISM. In 2021, he was recognized as CIO of the Year by his peers across Africa for his leadership and impact in digital transformation.

Beyond his professional achievements, Tom is a devoted husband and father of five, passionate about commercial farming, environmental conservation, having planted over 10,000 trees and maintaining personal discipline through daily walks and strategic games like chess and Scrabble.
