Sanku Selected for ICONIQ Impact’s Child Survival Portfolio

Sanku has been selected as a grantee of the ICONIQ Impact Child Survival Portfolio, a US$100 million initiative supporting 18 locally led organizations working to improve child survival across Sub-Saharan Africa and South Asia.

Through this support, Sanku will expand the production of nutrient premix and install additional Dosifier machines in flour mills across East Africa. Invented by Sanku, the Dosifier automatically fortifies the flour families already buy and eat every day, enabling the organization to reach 73 million people at a donor cost of just US$0.09 per person per year.

The Child Survival Portfolio brings together organizations delivering some of the world’s highest-impact health interventions, helping ensure children continue to receive essential nutrition, vaccines, and healthcare during a critical period for child health globally.
