Ermias Habte

Ermias is an international development leader with over 22 years of experience managing and growing donor-funded programs across Africa. He began his career working on World Bank–funded infrastructure and income-generating projects in Addis Ababa and later served as Monitoring and Evaluation Manager for a USAID-funded program at Food for the Hungry, including assignments in Mozambique.

He went on to hold senior leadership roles, including Program Manager at Adventist Relief and Development Agency, Country Director for Caritas Switzerland in Ethiopia where he established the country office, and most recently Country Director at Pharo Foundation, where he led eight years of organizational growth and the development of social enterprises.
