Joy drives Sanku’s nationwide field operations, strengthening mill performance, product quality, and nutrition outcomes across Kenya. She brings deep expertise in food technology, quality management, and milling, built through roles spanning research, product development, and technical support for leading regional manufacturers.

Her experience includes research and development for AIT Ingredients South Africa and the INVIVO Group, analytical and managerial work at AIT Ingredients East Africa, milling operations at Unga Group, and food safety and laboratory systems at Sameer Agriculture and Livestock.

She holds a BSc in Medical Microbiology from JKUAT and a Diploma in Milling Technology from the Africa Milling School, alongside ISO training in quality management, food safety, and auditing. Her work reflects a commitment to operational rigor, talent growth, and stronger, more resilient food systems.
